Vegetable Refining Oil Plant
Our vegetable oil refining plant is created by keeping multiple processes in mind and merged into a single compact unit. A bleacher, neutralizer, heat exchanger, deodorizer, and filters also with high and low vacuum equipment which are included in the facility.
Waxes, gums (phosphatides), and free fatty acids are all removed entirely from vegetable oil during the refining process. The oil is filtered after refining to remove contaminants, odours, and viscous pigments, resulting in a consistent tint. Batch or continuous refining might occur in the facility, depending on the needs of the applications.
We, Servotech, are the first in the industry to use superior distillation deacidification technology (physical refining) in the edible oil refinery suppliers.
This is a new procedure that can completely eliminate the acidic treatment and all of its drawbacks. We also have experience with pressure leaf filtration systems specifically designed for high flow rates.
