Oil / Mill Expeller
Oil Mills/ Expellers from Servotech are designed to crush a variety of oilseeds, including cottonseed, groundnut, rapeseed, sunflower, and mustard seeds, while the oil obtained after filtration is of excellent grade. All by-products from the oil mill machine, such as residual cake, are used as feedstock for the solvent extraction facility.
For proper operation, the oil mill is divided into separate sections-
- Expeller spares (that ensures smooth running)
- Expellers (that extracts oil by pressing seeds and nuts through a cavity with intense friction and pressure)
- Decorticator (is excellent for removing valuable fibers from flax, hemp, and sisal in addition to processing nuts and seeds)
- Seed cleaner (removes any trash or low-quality, infested or infected seeds, as well as seeds from different species that are not native to the sample) and
- Filter press (separates liquids and solids).
There is also a specially designed expeller for crushing mustard seeds within the oil mill. Chilling mechanisms are used in these expellers to obtain high-grade pungent oil.
