Job Description:

• Must be capable of handling multiple project requirements simultaneously.
• Proven work experience in Mechanical Engineering (experience in the edible oil industry preferred).
• Hands-on experience with engineering drawings and drafting software such as AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and prepare engineering drawings, including GADs, layouts, site plans, fabrication drawings, P&IDs, and PFDs.
• Preparation of project deliverables such as bought-out items, fabrication items, piping BOQ, project BOQ, and other related reports.
• Ability to plan and collaborate effectively with multiple team members based on project timelines and priorities.
• Capability to prepare equipment specifications and technical comparison reports.
• Strong coordination skills across multiple departments and effective follow-up.
• Preparation of commercial bid analysis, conducting negotiations, and closing purchase orders.
• Tracking and timely reporting of project-wise purchases.
• Managing the complete purchase cycle, including vendor follow-up and ensuring timely dispatch of materials as per project requirements.
