Vanaspati is a fully or partially hydrogenated vegetable
cooking oil, often used as a cheaper substitute for ghee. We specialize in
manufacturing vanaspati plants for production and processing of the oil. The
produce can be used for daily food or as a raw material for soap making. Our
engineers successfully installed 25 Ton Plants in Gujarat, 50 Ton Plant in
Bihar, 15 Ton Plant in Kamataka and 25 Ton Plant at Dor-Es-Salaam.
We also specialize in building Industrial Hard Oil Plants with
hydrogenation gas generation system. Hydrogen gas required for the
hydrogenation reaction is obtained by the electrolysis of water. The gas is
compressed in high pressure storage cylinders from where it is drawn for use
in the processing plant.

We have designed and developed an advanced range of
hydrogenation plant to ensure the quality of the hard fats produced. The
plant can be used for producing hard fats of same quality required for
formulating and processing food products like vegetable ghee, margerine,
shortening, confectionery fats and other cooking fats. Our integrated
hydrogenation plant allows the oils and fats to be neutralised and bleached,
removing traces of soap and impurities that may poison the metal catalyst.
As each hydrogenated products require a specific set of operating
conditions, the hydrogenation plant permits fine calibration of variables
like hydrogen pressure, hydrogen dosage, final reaction temperature and
degree of mixing.
